About the plans
How the weekly allowance works, and what happens when it runs out.
What counts as an hour?
An hour is about 20 questions to the tutor, roughly one every three minutes. What you have left always shows as hours and minutes, never as tokens or pounds.
Can I use more on the night before a test?
Yes. The allowance is weekly, so Plus lets you use up to 2 hours in one day and Pro up to 6, as long as there is time left in the week.
What happens when my weekly time runs out?
The question you're on always finishes, even if it takes you slightly over. You'll get a warning at 80%, and the allowance resets every week.
What do I get in the free trial?
Every feature for 7 days: marking, diagrams and past papers, with about 37 questions to the tutor. That's enough to work through a whole past paper with checks. No card needed.
Monthly or annual?
The same plan either way. Paying for a year costs less: Plus is £149.99 a year instead of £179.88, and Pro is £479.99 instead of £539.88. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time, and the days left in your month come off the price.
Do prices include tax?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay. Checkout can show it in your own currency.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings → Billing. Your plan carries on until the end of the month or year you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. If it isn't for you, we'll refund you in full within 14 days of paying.
